Recruiting Learners

We are pleased to announce that due to the growing success of our employer engagement team, we can now offer a service which supplies adult learners for your own internal delivery projects. We will provide you with committed and eligible learners who are ready to study one of our short NCFE award or certificate programmes.

This is how it works:

1. We engage with our network of employers to promote a range of short qualifications

2. We distribute all course information and request a list of interested learners

3. Each learner completes and returns a pre course assessment checking on previous experience and eligibility

4. We collect and pre mark all pre course assessments

5. We then supply you with the employer details, completed pre course assessments and a high quality learning resource pack for each learner

Learning Resources

All of our resources have been designed with the learner in mind. They are filled with the latest course information and have been checked and approved by the awarding body NCFE as a great way to meet the learning outcomes.

Each pack provides a high quality learning resource and comes complete with activities and useful hints and tips. Our aim i s to encourage and engage the learner in the subject material so that when they come to completing the assessments, they pass first time!!

As well as providing learning materials for each subject we have developed the NCFE assessments along with additional learner support guides.

Our tutor support comes as part of the package. This includes marking schemes, help guides and top tips on being a distance learning tutor.

As an additional service we can also help you with setting up tracking and administration systems, support you with training the tutors and help you with internal moderation systems.
