The Skills Network was formed in March 2009. Our aim was to develop a company that was responsive and innovative, one which offered the FE sector high quality solutions.

Within the last three years we have grown our business into one which is now regarded as a leader in the field of employer engagement and sub contracted delivery services. Our values are intrinsic in our approach to any college partnership: quality, responsiveness, innovation and success.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our internal recruitment strategy, building a senior team of respected and experienced individuals all with exemplary track records across the public and private sector.

We are now looking to transfer these skills and values externally providing recruitment and interim services for middle and senior management positions. We have called this part of our business, QLA -quality, leadership, associates - a new Division of The Skills Network.
